Titanfall 2 single-player looks like a throwback

Pace me daddy

Recommended Videos

While the original Titanfall didn’t have a single-player campaign, the sequel will. And while it looks bombastic and filled with mech combat, this video talking about environmental puzzles, and non-shooty segments that make use of the game’s fun modes of traversal (wall-running, jet packs, et al) reminds me of a time when first-person shooters were a bit more open and less frenetically paced.

Plus there’s boss fights against cool, special enemy mechs.
