Spanish police are reporting that they’ve arrested three members of Anonymous in three separate cities, claiming they are responsible for the hacking attacks against the PlayStation Store. The police are alleging that these three individuals were leaders of a local Anonymous group, and are considering them to be some of the masterminds behind the attack.

In addition to being charged with the PlayStation store hacks, these three are also being accused of leading hacks against government websites of a number of countries, two Spanish banks, an Italian energy company, and the website of the Spanish Electoral Board.

The police have not released the names of the suspects, but they are all described as Spanish men in their early 30s.
