Sega plans to put out two Sonic games this year — one retro, one modern. We know all about the former, Sonic Mania. The latter? It’s less of a known quantity, but the details are coming into frame.
The game has shed its “Project Sonic 2017” working title in favor of a new name: Sonic Forces.
Along with the artwork above, Sega says it will upload “the first gameplay footage” tomorrow. For an off-screen glimpse at Sonic Forces because off course there’s an off-screen capture, look no further.
