“Bite a little bit of me, you’ll see why!” could have been so wrong in a completely different context, but in a Super Monkey Ball music video, it feels oh so right.
Sega has released this bizarre and completely uplifting music video for Super Monkey Ball‘s upcoming Banana Blitz HD re-release, which really needs no introduction. This series, born in 2001, sees little cute monkeys rolling around in balls, Marble Madness style, trying for high-score clear times and arcade-like power-ups. It’s the kind of silly game we need more of, and need right now.
Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz HD is leaving no platform behind when it launches later this year. It’ll be released on PS4, Xbox One, and Switch on October 29, and PC in the fourth quarter of 2019.
