The best thing I came across on April Fools’ Day was this new PlayStation 4 theme, “100 Dollar Bills HD 3d Dynamic Theme,” but it’s no joke. It joins the ranks of totally ridiculous, totally for sale animated themes someone out there keeps buying, ensuring that the suppliers keep supplying.
It’s “only” $3.49. Any takers? There’s even a little diamond icon!
Seeing it in motion sent me down a rabbit hole, much like last year’s trip through the thousands of funny PSN avatars that we had a good laugh about. I was quick to pull myself out this time, but I did learn this gaudy PS4 theme isn’t the first to make it rain — there’s also “The money dynamic theme.” Both were produced by separate entities, and both flaunt perfect five-star ratings.
