It’s been a while since we’ve delved into this peculiar segment of gamer culture: memorabilia, trinkets, and other goofy objects that usually shouldn’t have anything to do with videogames. These retro Atari glasses from ThinkGeek are a tremendous way to come back, if I do say so myself.
The set of four — Asteroids, Centipede, Tempest, and Missile Command — is cool, no doubt about it. The only issue is that of price, which is $29.99. I can see how some might find it hard to justify the purchase.
Still, whatever excess cash you have sitting around could go toward far more pointless things than these glasses.
