The Witcher 3: Game of the Year Edition confirmed by CD Projekt Red

Will have all DLC and both expansions

Confirmed by Eurogamer, CD Projekt Red is going ahead with a Witcher 3 Game of the Year edition. It will include all of the free DLC that has been given out, as well as both the Hearts of Stone and Blood & Wine expansions. More details “including the release date,” will be shared in the future. The listing for the GOTY package includes the PC, PS4, and Xbox One platforms.

If you haven’t gotten into Witcher 3 yet, this edition is the time. Although I noted a lot of the issues I had with Wild Hunt at launch, CD Projekt has delivered a ton of patches that have since improved upon those faults. The two expansions (particularly Blood & Wine) are also fantastic, and borderline better than the core story.

Picking up this GOTY edition sight unseen will basically provide you with an entire month’s worth of entertainment, as the massive add-ons put many modern DLC offerings to shame.
