The Week in Rock (Band) DLC: Oasis threesome

Recommended Videos

No surprises in this week’s batch of Rock Band downloadable content, as the rest of January’s rock has already been planned out.

But just to bring you up to speed, this week’s downloadable content is the “Oasis Pack,” which contains three three tracks: “Don’t Look Back in Anger,” “Live Forever,” and “Wonderwall.” You’ll be required to hand over $5.49 (440 MS Points) for the pack, or $1.99 (160 MS Points) per song. All tracks are master recordings, for those of you who feel that’s a prerequisite for “the awesome.”

The content will be available on Xbox LIVE Marketplace tomorrow, and will hit the PlayStation Store this Thursday.

Fun Oasis fact: Vocalist Liam Gallagher doesn’t know how to use email. The “bad boy” rocker was quoted as saying, “I don’t get email.” While I’m not sure what exactly there is to get, I guess this explains why Liam hasn’t been responding to all of those email love notes I’ve been sending him since 1999.
