The week in Rock (Band DLC): Don’t be slow … oh no, no, no!

Recommended Videos

Back in early November when Harmonix invited us out to experience Rock Band‘s “World Tour” mode, there was one song that threw us for a loop. One song — that when it appeared in the middle of a mystery set-list — made us cock our heads to the side like confused little puppies … right before bouncing around like little kids.

Finally, it has arrived — this week’s selection of Rock Band downloadables includes the song in question, a cover of “Last Train to Clarksville,” the Monkees classic that will have you dancing on your couch. This week also brings us a cover of Sweet’s “Action,” and for those not into covers (but into whacky pranks, skateboards, and whiny love songs), Blink 182’s “All The Small Things.”

Each track will run you $1.99 (160 MS Points), and will be available on the Xbox Live Marketplace tomorrow, and the PlayStation Network this Thursday.
