There were plenty of games to download on the PlayStation Network this year. I’m still kind of new to this downloading, though. Call me old-fashioned, but I like the box and manual. I did buy Tekken 5, Super Puzzle Fighter, a few others, and plenty of PS1 games, so it’s all slowly growing on me.
I was kind of surprised to see the entries on Sony’s top ten list of 2008 PSN sales, though. PAIN was the number one game? and Aquatopia sold more than PixelJunk Eden? What’s going on here?

PAIN is a cool game, but there’s better out there. What about Wipeout HD or Everyday Shooter? The new Lumines is definitely worth buying, but it just came out, so it might make the list next year.
