Nintendo have tweeted today that another new weapon will be added to the Splatoon 2 multiplayer arsenal, just in time for the weekend.
The Splat Brella is part of Splatoon’s shotgun family, providing a forward-facing shield in-between volleys of short-range, but powerful, ink blasts. The Hero Brella Replica is currently in the single-player campaign, but this download will see this basically-identical item unleashed for multiplayer action.
The Splat Brella goes live August 12, and comes equipped with the Sprinkler sub-weapon and the Ink Storm special.
