The Sims 4 Nordhaven world map overview

The Sims 4’s Businesses and Hobbies expansion describes Nordhaven as a northern coastal city known for having several independently owned businesses. While the northwest region of Iverstad is the town’s industrial district, full of refurbished factories and hobby meetups, Gammelvik is an older district with community markets and a small cafe.

Nordhaven is a city comprised of 12 lots, with six in each district. While Iverstad has mostly small businesses and a large business venue, Gammelvik includes a lounge, museum, and a small residential lot for you to get started. There are also four empty lots if you prefer building from scratch or experimenting with some Sims 4 mods. Let’s break down all 12 lots further:

Iverstad

  • New Harbor Park – A 50×40 Small Business Venue lot.
  • The Koopman Household – A 30×20 Small Business lot housing a pottery business.
  • The Sarpong Household – A 20×20 Small Business lot housing a tattoo business. It also has the Science Lair lot trait.
  • The Urbane Housesharers Household – A 20×15 lot with Natural Light and Great View lot traits.
  • Inked Inlet – A 20×20 empty Residential lot.
  • Lighthouse Lookout – A 50×40 empty Residential lot.

Gammelvik

  • Konst Modern – A 50×40 Museum lot with Natural Light and Great View lot traits.
  • The Rouge Note – A 20×20 Lounge lot with Great Acoustics and Convivial lot traits.
  • The Loden Household – A 20×20 Small Business lot housing a cafe. It also has Convivial and Fast Internet lot traits.
  • Old Torget House – A 20×15 Residential lot.
  • Fisher’s Horizon – A 30×20 empty Residential lot.
