The Sims 4’s Businesses and Hobbies expansion describes Nordhaven as a northern coastal city known for having several independently owned businesses. While the northwest region of Iverstad is the town’s industrial district, full of refurbished factories and hobby meetups, Gammelvik is an older district with community markets and a small cafe.
All Nordhaven neighborhood and lots

Nordhaven is a city comprised of 12 lots, with six in each district. While Iverstad has mostly small businesses and a large business venue, Gammelvik includes a lounge, museum, and a small residential lot for you to get started.
