The first Call of Duty: XP came to a close the other night and overall I think the event was a good first attempt by Activision. There were definitely some problems, but it was a fun environment despite some hiccups. Nick Chester and I went around the compound checking out the various fun things to do, like the sumo wrestling and a room full of the guns that have appeared in past Call of Duty games.
The star of the show was of course Modern Warfare 3 and the wait for the game was never too long for either versus multiplayer or Spec-Ops mode. I was honestly amazed at how people already figured out the best guns and figured out things like the spawn points and firing lanes in just the span of two days.
