Good news everyone! The Red Star, that cult PS2 shooter/brawler that sold three copies, has been given a second chance at success, this time as a downloadable portable offering. XS Games has announced that The Red Star will be hitting the PSP and iPhone sometime in Spring 2010. Hey, that’s this year!
A PSP version of The Red Star has been on the cards since forever, and we’d pretty much given up on the idea of it being made flesh. Now with an appearance on both the PSP and iPhone, perhaps this classic title will have a chance at a little success. Just a little?
Either way, this is great news for fans of the game, and those who were never lucky enough to find a copy.
