The Old Republic spreads to 38 additional countries

Star Wars: The Old Republic is launching in another 38 countries, starting today. From Afghanistan to Yemen, people can purchase the Standard Edition or the Digital Deluxe Edition from Origin. BioWare has provided a list of participating retailers, for those of you who like physical media. The game has certainly improved quite a bit since launch, so at least these new players will be coming to the game at a more content heavy time.

BioWare and EA are probably hoping that these new customers will go some way to dispelling rumors of dwindling subscription numbers. More players can only be a good thing for everyone involved.
