The Nintendo eShop is going offline for four hours

Here’s a quick PSA in case you find yourself unable to connect to the Switch’s store this afternoon: The Nintendo eShop is going offline for routine maintenance from 1pm through 5pm Pacific. 

That’s why you can’t buy new games or download things you already own. Not for four hours, at least. If you happen to read this before 1pm Pacific, act fast! Download all the stuff that you might possibly need to get you through this four-hour drought. Go bananas.

If you’re reading this after 5pm Pacific, congratulations on surviving the Great eShop Outage. You probably didn’t even know it happened.
