The Madden 11 demo will feature the Jets vs. Colts

Drew Brees may have been pretty enough for fans to make him the cover athlete of Madden 11, but he and his team didn’t put on a big enough show in the Superbowl for the Saints to be chosen to be represented in the game’s demo.

On the official Madden 11 website, EA Sports polled fans on what late playoff game should be represented in the game’s oft-popular demo. The fans spoke: it’ll be Colts vs. Jets, a match-up that’ll pit Peyton Manning and Donald Brown against Darelle Revis and David Harris.

So when will we get our hands on this thing? Joystiq asked an EA rep and learned that the demo is slated to arrive in “late July.” Hopefully by then more than a few Colts linebackers will have gained enough weight to actually stop an RB.
