This trailer for a independant film called The Legend of Zelda: Hero of Time found its way into my inbox recently. The full length feature film was created by BMB Finishes, directed by Joel Musch, and stars David Blaine — not David Blaine the magician, David Blaine the college student — as Link.
The film follows the general storyline from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time with a few add-ons and has been in production for over 3 years now.
Created completely from the group’s own money, they plan to distrubute the film when its complete, but probably on a video only market. The film is not associated with or endorsed by Nintendo.
