The Last Remnant launches tomorrow, have some videos

The last time I was talking about a Square Enix non-Final Fantasy RPG, it was Infinite Undiscovery. The game was bloody rubbish, too. With the taste of that game still bitter in my mouth, its publisher has a chance to redeem itself tomorrow with The Last Remnant, a game which our very own Dale North played at TGS and was quite satisfied with. 

Whether or not the game manages to impress us all remains to be seen, but while we wait to find out, here are some videos. The first one, seen above, demonstrates the battle system. As you can see, the combat rather confusing to look at. I’m sure it’s a lot simpler once you play it.

As for the second video contained after the jump … well, what can I say? It may very well be the most exciting video ever posted on Destructoid. Words can’t really describe it, so just go right ahead and play it. Make sure you’re sat down though, because you might be knocked to the ground by a shockwave of pure awesome.
