Apart from how much fun it is to intimidate shop owners into paying protection money, the above video more or less encapsulates the gameplay of The Godfather. Since it’s a trailer for the sequel, it looks like we can expect more of the same.
That works for me. I loved the first game, despite getting a bit repetitive towards the end. With all the new elements Hamza mentioned in his preview a few months ago, it sounds like EA has made an effort to really deepen things. This could be a real winner, folks.
The Godfather II will hit stores in February of 2009.
