The Division 2 Y8S1 Scout 8 solutions
Here are the three tasks we have to complete to finish Scout 8 challenges.
- Kill 3 Outcast Scorchers in Downtown West.
- Stop Outcast Public Executions in Downtown West.
- Capture 2 Control Points in Downtown West.
Kill three Outcast Scorchers in Downtown West
First, head to the Downtown West district, where all the conflicts will have you face the Outcasts. The Scorchers tend to shoot flames, so best to keep your distance. You can find them across different activities, and I have encountered them pretty frequently.
Stop Outcast Public Executions in Downtown West
Head to a Public Execution in the Downtown West location. Take down the executioner first, but be careful not to shoot the hostage. This will alert nearby enemies, who will attack you. You’ll have to kill all the enemies.
When you’re done, set the hostages free. When you start the mission, pay attention to the faction (it must be Outcasts). There are two hostages to save, and you’ll need to clear two more enemy waves after the first.
Capture two Control Points in Downtown West
This is a relatively easy task. Head to Downtown West, and find a Control Point that’s under enemy control (faction doesn’t matter). Next, take down all the enemies to complete the first stage. This will be followed by a second wave of enemies who will try to recapture the Control Point.]
Resist the assault, and the Control Point is yours. Repeat the entire process once more in the Downtown West location, and you’ll finish the third and final task.
