After tossing it in a tab for a half-attentive first listen, I made it less than a minute into “It’s Bugsnax” before a huge smile took over my face and stayed there until Kero Kero Bonito finished talkin’ ’bout Bugsnax. The track will reside in my skull the rest of the day – there’s no pushing back. It’s a done deal.
They figured out how to turn all of our favorite childhood candy into a blissful theme song, and it’s scrumptious. There’s even a novelty vinyl from iam8bit with a strawberry scratch-and-sniff jacket.
