I’ve seen lots of fun gaming-themed Halloween costumes today (feel free to share yours, if you have one!), but none of them can touch this clever interactive Pokémon Go outfit created by Matt Borgelt in which passersby can grab a Poké Ball, chuck it at a plush Pikachu, and “catch” the critter.
