That Metal Gear Solid V Quiet bug has finally been patched

No more accidentally breaking your save

Recommended Videos

Last week we reported on a bug in Metal Gear Solid V where, if you took Quiet with you on missions 29 or 42, you could end up finding your save game completely corrupted. Thankfully, the newest patch for the game seems to have fixed both save game destroying bugs.

There’s currently no word if or when broken saves will be able to be fixed, which is very unfortunate indeed.

As well as fixing this pair of save destroying bugs, the newest patch also buffs your daily login bonuses for the duration of Tokyo Games Show. So, that’s cool I guess.

So, did you lose your save to this bug? Did you just not use Quiet and get past fine? Are you not that far into the game yet? Let us know your experiences below.
