That Mario Kart 8 Mercedes-Benz DLC is no longer Japan-only

I mean, if it’s free and all…

I wasn’t sure the Mercedes-Benz DLC for Mario Kart 8 would release outside of Japan, but it will.

Nintendo announced this morning that the GLA-Class Kart will also be out this summer in North America and Europe. It was more the live-action commercial that I found to be unsettling, not so much the DLC itself — though it does clearly look out of place in-game.

Weird. Reminds me of the time Mario, Luigi, and Princess Peach were in NBA Street V3.
