Tenya Wanya Teens looks like an utter delight

What is my life without Keita Takahashi?

Tenya Wanya Teens is another one of those games you hear about being playable at events and, as tends to be the case, they always sound so damn fun. This one happens to be a “a coming-of-age tale about love, hygiene, monsters and finding discarded erotic magazines in the woods.” What else would you expect from a collaboration spanning Katamari Damacy‘s Keita Takahashi, Wild Rumpus, and Venus Patrol?

Getting back to the whole “you have to play it in-person” thing, the game uses 16-button controllers, one for each player. These colored buttons correspond to various, often silly actions that lead to even sillier situations within Tenya Wanya Teens. This video out of Rezzed by VG247 is my first real good look at the title, and I’m surely far from alone.

It’s every bit as delightful as they said it’d be! Now, who do we have to talk to about getting this on more accessible platforms?
