I’m all for a game that has the words “badass” in its name. Wait, is this a first for gaming?

Soon to be released on the PSP, Kenka Bancho: Badass Rumble has you controlling your home town area’s biggest high school badass. No one questions your authority. But, in an effort to extend your badassery, you do your best to slowly work your way across Japan, making it so that you’re the badass of the country.

In our Ten Minute Taste, you’ll see the opening story cinematic as well as a bit of early gameplay. There’s also a sort of tutorial where your former badass of a dad lets you beat him down so that you’re fully prepared to take on the rest of the country.

Simply put, we’ll rip the first ten minutes of a game to video — loading screens, warts and all, no commentary to sway you in any direction — so you can judge it and experience it exactly as you would when you first pop the game in. Let us know what you think.
