Did you forget about .hack? I did too. I think in the western half of the world did. But it’s probably coming back. There’s a new teaser page up at CyberConnect2 and it says “.hack GAME PROJECT coming soon.” It doesn’t get more direct that that, folks.
The timing is right, as a .hack movie is coming to Japan next month. Details on the game will be released closer to the movie’s release.
For now, there are no other details on platform or date available. The latest issue of Famitsu did show some screenshots, and they show a “high level of detail,” says Andriasang.
