Well, it seems as though everyone has their pick in for the new Borderlands game. Me? I think I’m going to skip this round, I’ve just about had my fill of Claptrap and the rest of the gang, Shadow however, has dibs on a new, not yet announced DLC character, here, let’s let Shadow explain:
After being so late with calling dibs on a smash character that I had to resort to grabbing an actual brick, I decided to up my game and grab the inevitable TF2/Futurama Borderlands Pre-Sequel cross over character. Since the spycrab is easily the most recognizable character, and Zoidberg is a crab with the ability to both cut and stab he makes the perfect thing to play in Borderlands!
How do I know that the world’s most lovable crab doctor alien is going to make the cut? Easy, my dad works at Atari and he said it’s true. My dad spoke to Shigaru Miyamotorola over at Gearbox and he totally gave us free copies of Borderlands 3 Spycrab TF2 Futurama DLC, so I’ve played Zoidberg already, and he’s great. His claws insta-kill bosses like nothing, and he eats guns. Why does he eat the loot drops, because he’s John Mother Fucking Zoidberg. If that doesn’t make him the best character ever, I don’t know what will.

So there you have it, you read it here first folks, Zoidberg will be an upcoming DLC character for some Borderlands game that is sure to probably come out at some time in the near future, because there’s one thing publishers can’t get enough of, beating dead horses….
So what is TF2sday?
Every Tuesday, a ton of folks from all across Destructoid hop on to the community server to play, talk, and shoot each other. It’s usually a pretty crazy good time, and almost always involves various melee only matches between a handful of classes. So feel free to jump on and join us sometime!
