It’s not as badass as shark week, but sniper week is pretty rad as far as I’m concerned. Valve has sent out word that the Team Fortress 2 Sniper update is coming soon, and has proceeded to kick off the festivities by detailing the first in-game addition, The Huntsman.
The Huntsman is a longbow, in case you saw the picture above but didn’t know what longbows looked like. Pulling off a headshot with this bad boy results in an instant crit, and apparently if you hit your target and they don’t keel over, the arrow(s) will still stay attached to their body.
It should also be mentioned that the bow comes with 18 arrows and has a one-second charge for full power shots. Gnarly. I’m super excited to see what’s next.
