Following allegations of unfair working conditions and rumors of bankruptcy, it’s been reported that L.A. Noire developer Team Bondi has sold its assets and intellectual property to KMM, with Bondi employees given the choice of taking a job with the company or enjoying a severance package.

There’s no official announcement yet, but all the gossip conspires to paint Team Bondi as a studio that’s all but finished.
