Take a look at Obsidian’s Project Eternity in motion

It’s the little details that matter

I hope you like waterfalls. After sharing an image of Project Eternity, Obsidian Entertainment is back with the first footage of the title in motion. It’s not gameplay — there’s no combat featured — but we are shown some characters and, yes, that wonderful waterfall again.

The team had three goals in mind when working on the game’s environments: providing quality art, memorable levels, and dynamism. The latter is demonstrated through a day/night cycle, flowing water, and swaying trees. It all comes together to make for a rather zen-like video.
