For those of you into competitive Super Smash Bros. you’re probably familiar with the Project M mod for Brawl that made the game a lot closer to the GameCube’s Melee. Now there is a mod for Super Smash Bros. for Wii U that sounds like it is aiming at doing something similar.

Modder Y.2.K has released Super Smash Bros.: Reloaded mod that “aims to make the game more competitively focused, adding stage changes, new costumes, and eventually, changing every single character in the game to make the game more fast paced and competitive.”

This first version of the mod only has a few basic changes such as a custom title screen, a modified background for a stage, and removing hazards on six stages, though that means that many more legal stages for competitive play.
