Nintendo is constantly adding new things to Super Mario Maker, and now three new course tools are coming to the game as a free update. You can get the bumper by shaking a grinder (the spike wheel), doors can be turned into warp doors (enacted by a P-switch), and the Koopa Clown Car now has a fire variation.

The former two seem like really cool additions, and I can see making a level based or two based on their gimmicks alone. All of these will arrive on December 22, along with a “bookmark” system that lets players save levels from the web portal for later. I’m still hoping for slopes at some point Nintendo!
