The Super Guitar Bros., for those who don’t remember, are a dynamic duo who jam out to some rather mellow acoustic videogame medleys. They were last heard back in November with their contribution to the Castlevania fan album Vampire Variations. Since then, they had all but vanished. Where did they go? Have they been training their minds and bodies up in the mountains, awaiting the day when the Earth would call upon their heroic services once more?
The call to action is now! Sam Griffin and Steven Poissant have descended from on high with a fresh arrangement based on Final Fantasy. It’s a humble affair — but a cover of the prelude, main, and Chocobo themes — but it’s in humility that we find true greatness. Give it a listen!
