Get to know the people that make great videogames
The original idea for Sup Holmes was for the show to be 3-4 minutes long and be animated in the style Constructoid. Shannon Gregory from Nintendo was going to be my sidekick, and Edmund McMillen and Tommy Refenes from Team Meat were to be our first guests. Over a year later and the show is an hour-and-a-half-long live stream/podcast, Tommy and Shannon appeared as guest last February, and Edmund is yet to be seen. We were also supposed to have a Sup Holmes t-shirt out by now, but that’s probably never going to happen. Things never go exactly as you plan.
Thankfully, at least one plan is finally going to come together. Today on Sup Holmes, Edmund and I will be talking about Mew-Genics, Super Meat Boy: The Game, Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, his thoughts on working with the various big publishers and console holders, and whatever else he wants to talk about. All for your listening/viewing pleasure. Join us at 1pm PST/4pm EST and tell us what to say/do. Maybe we’ll say/do it!
