Yes, the NBA Live series lives. NBA Live 14 is coming to PS4 and Xbox One next month. It uses that next gen hardware to pretty good effect in rendering player likeness, too. Armpits aside, anyway.
Still, given the series’ shaky recent history and the history of sports games launching with consoles, a wait and see approach might be wise. Still, this is a lot more encouraging than releasing one screenshot.
