Beta live now

Cloud streaming beta program Playcast Media lets you stream some top games through your Ouya. It uses Amazon’s AWS infrastructure to beam games from top companies like EA, Ubisoft, Konami, Square Enix, Namco Bandai, Capcom and others to your little cube of a game system. All are playable with the Ouya’s controller.

Gamasutra reports that any of the games on the beta can be played for free right now. Among the selection you’ll find titles like Prince of Persia, Sonic & Sega All-Star Racing, Super Street Fighter IV, Dirt 3 and Mirror’s Edge.

While only a few games are available today, they’ll add games as the service gets going. A final date and price for the service have yet to be announced.
