Still no sign of the PlayStation Plus Driveclub, but you can play five new tracks for free soon

Coming this month

It really is a shame what happened to Driveclub. Although many games last year fell victim to glitches or tenuous online services, one of Driveclub‘s biggest selling points was a PlayStation Plus version of the game that provided players with a beefed-up demo of sorts, with the option to upgrade at a discount.

That version was promptly taken down shortly after release. It still hasn’t been put back up — and that was back in October. But if you happened to have paid full price for the game you can play five new tracks from Japan later this month, which will be delivered for free.

In other news, the price of the game has been discounted slightly down to $49.99 on the PSN.
