There doesn’t seem to be any doubt about it, Thief will certainly live up to its namesake. In this 17-minute video that shows the game’s first mission, Garrett gets his klepto on and does his best magpie impression, as he pockets every shiny object in sight.

Of course, it doesn’t all come easily to him; he has to do some lock pickin’, safe crackin’, and keyhole starin’, all the while sticking to the shadows.
