This Pokémon rap, a parody of Trinidad James’ “All Gold Everything,” is so ridiculous that I have to wonder how anyone in the video could keep a straight face. Thugged-out Pokémon trainers wearing gold chain necklaces with copies of Pokémon Gold dangling from them? Curb stomping a Squirtle sprite made out of Perler beads? A dude snarfing down chow mein from a gold Chinese takeout container?
