Star Wars: The Old Republic to add the Cathar race

It’s a start, I guess

Star Wars The Old Republic update 2.1, dubbed the “Customization” update, now has a new trailer that shows off a significant addition to the fray — the Cathar race (remember Juhani from Knights of the Old Republic?). This is the first major patch after the 2.0 build of the game, which launched with the Hutt Cartel expansion.

For non-Star Wars fans, the Cathar are a feline species who can be pretty temperamental, yet loyal and proud.  While the Cathar wouldn’t be my first choice to add to the game, any new races are a positive thing — especially free ones that help extend replay value.
