[Update: Original story now with more video!]

Our very own Mr. Destructoid has found his way into videogames, but car-tuner website Speedhunters is getting an entire Shift 2 Unleashed car pack named after it!

The “Speedhunters” content pack brings two new branches to the game, including Drag and Standing mile, each with nine events a piece. For all of you automatic transmission wimps out there, know this: you’ll only be able to use manual in these brand new events. Electronic Arts says that the game’s traction control features will be turned off, and the HUD will display a brand new rev counter and gear indicator.

A content pack without new cars isn’t a content pack at all, so you’ll also get Chris Rado’s World Racing Pro-FWD Reaper Scion tC and Koz’s Dodge Viper GTS by Twin Turbo. That’s in addition to the 12 Speedhunters-tuned vehicles, which range from Nissan’s to Mazda’s.

The full list of cars and new tracks for the 800 MS Point/$9.99 pack can be found below. It’ll be out May 17.
