SpeedGamers rock Metroid again for the good of others

Recommended Videos

Got some spare change laying around and want to support a good cause? The folks over at TheSpeedGamers are tearing through the entire Metroid series once again in order to raise money for the Halton Autistic Family Support Group. They do good things for families in need. The goal for this marathon is $15,000, and while they’re rocking the games pretty hard they can use any help you can give to reach it.

The marathon began yesterday at 6 p.m. so they’re still just digging their heels in for the full 72 hours of gaming. Sadly, they don’t do the games in order, which I think would be awesome, but they’re still doing all of them, even Metroid: Hunters. Check out the feeds if you’ve got some time to kill this weekend and donate a bit if you feel so inclined.
