Sparkly narrative-driven puzzler Nero headed to PC and PS4 ‘early next year’

Or maybe ‘puzzly visual novel’

Nero (stylized as NERO) released earlier this year on Xbox One. Our own Brett Makedonski liked it quite a bit, giving it a nine out of ten and saying it “prioritizes emotion above all else.” I had been tentatively interested after having seen a hands-off demo at E3 2014, but the current Xbox One exclusivity locked me out from being able to try it.

That won’t be a problem for too much longer, as developer Storm in a Teacup announced today the game is heading to PC and PlayStation 4 “early next year.” Bring on the glowy mushrooms and creepy hooded figures.
