Sora is coming to World of Final Fantasy as DLC

January 12 in Japan

World of Final Fantasy is still trucking along enough for Square Enix to support it a few months down the line, and that includes their previously promised Sora DLC.

Yep, the Kingdom Hearts star will be making it in as a “Champion Summon” by way of DLC, and will debut in Japan on January 12. You have until March 31 to download him, and he’ll be a free add-on for World. Although we don’t have an exact date yet for a western release, it is confirmed at the very least, and it’s likely that we’ll see it within weeks of the eastern DLC launch.

After all, it is promoting Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8: Final Chapter Prologue, which is out at the start of the month for Japan and the end of it for every other region. I’m just glad Kingdom Hearts is still a thing.
