“ANIME! High Art - Pop Culture,” a multimedia exhibition spotlighting the art of Japanese animation featuring nearly 400 cels, clips and character models from such popular anime movies and series as “Akira,” “Dragon Ball-Z,” “Ghost in the Shell,” “Pokemon: The First Movie,” “Princess Mononoke,” “Sailor Moon” and “Yu-Gi-Oh!,” will make its U.S. premiere at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences when it opens to the public on Friday, May 15, in the Grand Lobby and Fourth Floor galleries in Beverly Hills. Admission is free.

It seems like yesterday’s reports for a pre-Tokyo Game Show PlayStation 4 Neo reveal were accurate. Today Sony announced the September 7 “PlayStation Meeting,” inviting select media to New York City to talk, “about the PlayStation business.”
The 2013 PlayStation 4 reveal event in NYC was also called the “PlayStation Meeting,” and it’s likely that the company is holding the event to debut the souped up PlayStation 4 codenamed Neo.
Unless it’s a Vita Duo, or something. I also assume the company will have more to show than Microsoft did with souped up Xbox One Project Scorpio at E3. The latter is coming in late 2017, while the Xbox One S just released as well.
PlayStation Meeting will take place September 7 at 3PM EST in Times Square.
