So PlayStation Network is down, the reasons for which are unclear to us. Sony, too, apparently. And according to Patrick Seybold, Sr. Director, Corporate Communications & Social Media, it may be awhile before it gets back online.
“While we are investigating the cause of the Network outage,” Seybold wrote on the PlayStation Blog, “we wanted to alert you that it may be a full day or two before we’re able to get the service completely back up and running.”
Yes, a day or two. Let’s hope you didn’t have any big Portal 2 co-op or Mortal Kombat tournament plans, yes? Sony says it’ll keep everyone updated on the matter, and we’ll do the same as we hear more.
