We added all the latest Sonic Mania cheat codes!
Sonic Mania is a love letter to the 16-bit era, and in true retro fashion, it is packed with hidden Sonic Mania cheat codes and secret menus. These codes allow you to bypass the grind of collecting Medallions, jump to any level in the game, and even modify Sonic’s abilities with “illegal” move combinations. If you’re looking for other codes, we have Sonic Rumble gift codes offering goodies.
How to reach the cheat entry screen

Go into Mania Mode in Sonic Mania and enable Debug Mode. To access the Level Select / Sound Test screen after enabling Debug Mode and highlighting “No Save,” you need to hold a specific button while selecting that mode:
- PS4 / PS5: Hold Square
- Xbox: Hold X
- Switch: Hold Y
- PC: Hold Q
If you want to skip the grind and jump straight into the Debug Mode, you can use the classic “Konami-style” cheat code on the title screen.
Here is the rewrite for the Instant Debug Mode unlock: Up, Up, Down, Down, Up, Up, Up, Up

What are Sonic Mania cheat codes?
Sonic Mania is designed as a modern tribute to the classic Sega Genesis era, and that tribute extends to its deep library of “old-school” Sonic Mania cheat codes. Rather than modern DLC unlocks, the game utilizes a hidden Level Select menu and a Sound Test console to let players modify gameplay, jump to specific zones, or instantly trigger Super forms.
