Remember that video Jim posted yesterday that featured Ryu and Wolverine going at it with the comic book backdrop in Marvel vs. Capcom 2? The art style was pretty sick and Capcom Unity was nice enough to upload the comic page that inspired that trailer. There’s also an awesome wallpaper version of one of the panels that you can get here.
The art was done by Joe Vriens, who was featured on Art Attack Friday not too long ago. I’m glad that we’re getting this extra art element with Marvel vs. Capcom 2. Capcom could have easily re-released the game with no new content of any kind … MANGO SENTINEL!
